Your first CV import is free. A paid plan's credits refill every billing period and don't carry over. Free's starter credits are one-time.

What happens when I run out of credits?
Your CVs, editing and PDF export keep working. AI actions wait for the next refill, which comes with every billing period on a paid plan. Free's starter credits are one-time, so on Free the next step is a paid plan.
Do unused credits roll over?
No. A paid plan's credits reset at the start of each billing period: every month on Light and Pro, every 3 months on Job Hunt.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from your settings. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you paid for, then you drop back to Free with your CVs intact. Credits still on your balance stay yours to spend.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. A full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. Email us or use the billing portal, and the money is back on your card within 5 to 10 business days. Credits already spent are not restored.
Who handles the payment?
Checkout runs through Paddle, our payment provider, so your card details go to them and never to us. Prices are in US dollars, and any tax that applies is added at checkout.
